Hi, I'm Kim. I pesonally know how the ache of grief can feel unbearable, like life will never feel the same again. And it won't .... Whew, now that we've said that out loud ..... I also believe grief doesn't have to steal your future. By weaving faith into everyday life and learning practical tools and exercises to handle those really hard emotions, you can breathe again and start to feel steady even in the hardest seasons.
Healing is possible, and it begins with one gentle step at a time.
Grief will change your story, but it doesn't have to define the rest of your life. Healing doesn't come from time passing. Healing comes from choosing to keep moving forward, learning new emotional skills, and finding healthy ways to process your pain.
